* Manage a team of 40 field based engineers – similar to EV charging stations but different – background in field installation / EV charging etc would be suited
* Would suit an Operations Manager who wants to be more strategic as it reports directly into the CEO and has potential to become COO
* £20m t/o business set to double to £40m t/o. Already experienced 146% growth in the last 2 years
* This Field Operations Manager jobs role / Director of Operations jobs role would suit a senior Ops Manager or Operations Director who has managed field operations – driving SLA, mobilisation etc
* You will need some sort of engineering background/understanding – it’s more electrical / software / interfacing a piece of hardware into a client solution (so some sort of overlap or technical ability)
* £90,000 - £95,000 TBC + car or car allowance. Still being defined. Rule out if seeking over £105,000
