I have a great opportunity with a premium fitness studio looking for a Studio Operations Manager to drive the studios operations and guest experience. Drive the studios operational principles as laid out in the operations manual, support in creating any additional content like updating studio handbooks.
Have commercial awareness and strategic focus.
Conduct regular surveys and collect feedback from guests to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate and oversee the contact database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.
Respond and react to in the moment studio emergencies, looping in all key stakeholders.
Demonstrate quick, strategic, and creative thinking.
