Regional Operations Manager – Children’s Residential Services

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + performance bonuses

Location: Leicester, Flexible across the region (covering up to 5 homes)

Service Type: EBD & LD Children’s Homes

Are you an experienced multi-site Manager ready to shape and grow services for children and people?

Do you have the passion and expertise to lead teams delivering safe, nurturing, and outcome-focused care?

We’re working exclusively with a well-established independent care provider seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee up to five Children’s Residential Homes supporting people with EBD and Learning Disabilities.

You will:

Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight across all services

Support and guide Registered Managers, ensuring compliance and consistent quality

Hold Regulatory Responsibility (RI) for the homes, maintaining strong governance and safeguarding standards

Develop and implement improvement plans that drive excellence and positive outcomes

Work collaboratively with senior leadership on growth and service development
