Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to run the engine room of this Financial Services business. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

What You Will Do

\n\n

\n\t Oversee finance operations: payroll, reconciliations, accounts support

\n\t

Manage regulatory compliance and FCA liaison

\n\t

Lead internal processes, reporting (MI), and committees

\n\t

Run HR activities including recruitment and reviews

\n\t

Own systems, tech stack, and office operations

\n\t

Support business planning and marketing initiatives

\n

\n\n

What We Are Looking For

\n\n

\n\t 5+ years in operations within a Financial Services regulated environment

\n\t

Experience managing teams

\n\t

Strong Excel and systems skills

\n\t

Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive

\n\t

Degree qualified (Level 4 / PRINCE2 essential / accounting qualification desirable as well)

\n

\n\n
