We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager who must hold an active insurance license to oversee daily operations and provide critical support to our district and agency teams.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational functions of the district office and acting as a strategic partner to agency owners and their staff. An active insurance license is required for this role, as the position involves working closely with licensed agents, guiding them through systems, compliance processes, and industry standards. This role includes managing licensing and compliance documentation, coordinating training initiatives, supporting internal platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the district.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the district office Act as a resource for agency owners and their teams regarding procedures, compliance, and systems Ensure office and agent compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements Manage onboarding processes and provide training on internal tools and workflows Coordinate district-level meetings, communications, and professional development sessions Support data management, reporting, and internal documentation Provide basic tech support and troubleshoot platform-related issues Collaborate with district leadership to streamline office and agent operations
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (Life & Health license is a plus) 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, agency support, or office management Strong understanding of insurance products, compliance standards, and agent support needs Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to lead projects, solve problems, and support multiple stakeholders Professional, dependable, and collaborative approach to team and agent support
