A fast-growing fashion brand is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead its Warehouse and Customer Service functions. Meeting the founder and a senior leader made it clear, that this brand will be huge! Both passionate, energetic and have built a strong, connected culture across every part of the business. With a strong e-commerce presence and ambitious growth plans, we need an experienced operator who can scale systems, lead a team, and drive efficiency - all while keeping the customer experience front and centre. This role will be well suited to someone who has a passion and interest in fashion and ready to join and grow within a scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics

Oversee day-to-day warehouse ops: deliveries, fulfilment, returns. Streamline picking and packing processes for speed and accuracy. Lead the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain accurate inventory through regular checks and cycle counts. Drive improvements across logistics, storage, and dispatch.
