Operations Manager required for a contemporary luxury hotel based on the outskirts of central London. Our client, a very established hotel requires a room oriented operations manager to oversee a key part to the business. The role will focus primarily on front of house operations, housekeeping and maintenance and will have an overview to all aspects of the business. This is a very busy medium sized hotel, with extensive facilities including state of the art meeting & event facilities, outstanding food and beverage, and an exceptional spa. The opportunities require a highly organised manager who can manage the outlets effectively, has a strategic approach, can demonstrate sound man management, and who can adopt a 5-star culture into the business. This is a key role in the business and will report directly into the general manager. Our client requires a manager who has developed competent knowledge and experience in luxury front of house operations, including housekeeping.
