The Role

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing communications related to orders, account queries, and products. You will provide quality customer service, identify customer requirements, and guide customers using your operational knowledge.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality service through inbound & outbound calls and processing tasks
• Taking ownership of customer issues, resolving them when possible, and escalating when necessary
• Collaborating with team members to resolve inquiries and issues
• Building lasting professional relationships with customers
• Supporting team performance and business objectives

About You

You should be a confident communicator, results-driven, with:

• Good administrative, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient problem-solving abilities
• Extensive experience in customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and database use
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable
