About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Manager to join our Global Operations Team. In this dynamic role, you will support a variety of special projects across our global hotel portfolio, including procurement, guest review and trading analytics, ESG initiatives, and internal reporting.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following (not exhaustive list):
Assisting in the preparation of internal presentations and key performance reports Supporting ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting Conducting guest review and trading data analysis Coordinating updates to brand standards, SOPs, and service principles Collaborating with hotel teams and owners across the portfolio
The skills we are looking for are:
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Zendesk and ReviewPro Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently on diverse projects Willingness to travel occasionally outside of London as required Minimum 5+ years of hospitality experience at a supervisor or management level within a hotel Strong background in operations, preferably within hotels, F&B, or customer experience delivery Familiarity with Hospitality/Hotel technology ecosystem, including platforms like PMS, POS. Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, IT, and finance
