Were hiring anOperativeto join a specialist operations team supportingdata centre testing projects across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and wants to develop technical skills within the rapidly growingdata centre industry.

Youll be part of a small, supportive team preparing equipment, supporting testing projects, and assisting with installations on customer sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and maintaining specialist heat load testing equipment prior to delivery
• Assisting with theinstallation and setup of equipment on customer sites
• Supporting workshop operations including equipment maintenance and repairs
• PAT testing electrical equipment before dispatch
• Packing, loading, and unloading equipment and materials for projects
• Maintaining maintenance and test records
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high quality standards

The role issplit between warehouse/workshop work and project site visits, with occasional travel across the UK and Europe. xbpsjku

What Were Looking For:

• Someoneearly in their careerlooking to grow and develop technically
• Experience in aworkshop, construction, engineering or warehouse environmentis beneficial
• Basic understanding or interest inelectrical systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence and own transport

Salary & Benefits:

• £25,000 £27,000 salary (depending on experience)
