Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 21.19 per hour

Main Responsibilities
Conduct high-level research to identify individuals suitable for recruitment as covert human intelligence sources.
Recruit and manage individuals to support operations and intelligence requirements related to organized immigration crime.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including RIPA 2000, ECHR, and CPIA 1996.
Produce high-quality intelligence reports.
Maintain operational security at all times.
Provide support to the Dedicated Source Unit as required.
Be available for on-call duty and flexible working hours, including extended duty times and weekend/late working as needed.
Maintain professional accreditation and competence, particularly in staff protection training and first aid.
Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Respond to short notice changes in working hours if required.
Person Specification
Possession of a full substantive driving licence.
Ability to achieve and maintain a specified vetting level.
Willingness to work from a discreet location on the Cambs/Suffolk border, rather than Bedfordshire Police HQ.
