Hands-on support the Digital Products and Solutions team in achieving goals and setting cyber security strategy. Assist in the delivery of cybersecurity projects by validating existing technical documentation. Hands-on work in OT environments, including configuring networks, remote access solutions, and virtualization platforms. Provide customer cyber support and act as a point of contact for execution projects. Answer technical questions from Product Lines, including troubleshooting and solution listing.
