Description:Program Manager – Onsite Autism & Related Services

Location: Abingdon and Essex Offices Job Type: Full-Time

Brighter, Stronger Foundation (BSF) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to lead our Onsite Autism & Related Services program. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in behavioral health or autism services who thrives in both clinical oversight and staff leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, transportation, and facilities.

Oversee therapeutic programming and ensure quality service delivery across all client sites.

Support staff performance through coaching, accountability, and training.

Coordinate with HR on recruitment and onboarding of program staff.

Monitor compliance with COMAR, CARF, and internal standards.

Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response efforts.

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Master’s ). 3+ years of leadership or program management experience in autism or behavioral health services. Strong team leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with COMAR and CARF guidelines is a plus. Ability to work on-site daily in Essex and/or Abingdon, MD, with evening and weekend availability.
