The business supports commercial customers across multiple sectors with operational and value-added services.This is a leadership role for an experienced B2B sales professional to manage a high-performing outbound sales team and drive new business acquisition across the UK.About the RoleThe Outbound Sales Team Manager will lead and coach a team focused on B2B client acquisition, managing pipeline development, structured outbound strategies, and consultative sales processes.
