The successful candidate will lead and coordinate a range of outdoor learning opportunities and enrichment activities that enhance students' academic, social and emotional development. Location:

Yateley, Hampshire

Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Contract:

Full Time or Part Time

ASAP or September Start

The Role

Plan and deliver outdoor learning programmes for students with SEN Coordinate enrichment activities such as forest school, outdoor education and life skills experiences Support students' confidence, independence and teamwork through experiential learning Work with teachers and support staff to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum Organise enrichment activities, trips and events Ensure all activities follow safeguarding and health & safety guidance

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children or young people with SEN A passion for outdoor learning and enrichment Strong communication and organisational skills Creative, proactive and able to engage young people Experience in outdoor education, youth work or forest school is desirable
