Your new company
A well-established construction firm working 5 days a week in their offices, based in London's West End.
Your new role
This is an extremely diverse role where your responsibilities will cover both PA and Office Management. Duties will include:

  • Organising travel, diary management, booking meetings including agendas and minutes and some personal support
  • Expense reporting and reconciliation
  • First point of contact for visitors to the offices
  • Office and operations management, including liaising with building managers, filing systems, archiving, updating documentation and managing the annual leave system

What you'll need to succeed You should have experience in a corporate environment in an administrative capacity. Experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential.
What you'll get in return
They are offering a salary of £40-45k, depending on experience. This company also offers a discretionary bonus scheme.
This is a fully office-based role with working hours of 8-5.
