As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the implementation and management of complex care packages. Conducting new client assessments and leading team meetings. Performing medication and clinical audits for compliance. Providing clinical supervision and competency sign-off for nurses. Liaising with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care. Offering standard and emergency support to regional care functions. Supporting service delivery in line with person-centred care plans. Ensuring care staff are trained in personal care and specialist equipment use.
