This position comes with a Basic Salary of £35,000-£45,000 + Bonus dependent on skill and experience level.

Dentwizard Yorkshire Ltd is a car care company, specialising in PDR Repairs, Paintless Dent Removal and Paint Repair.

As a PDR Repair Technician, you will take operational charge of the day-to-day running of PDR repairs business in your area, with opportunities to grow a team in the future.

This position will require you to take the initiative in your area, overseeing the operations of PDR repairs including working with customers directly.

The successful candidate will service the daily PDR repair needs of all our customers booked in by our head office and have the chance for excellent earning potential.

The successful candidate will have a valid UK driving licence, be flexible with hours on occasions in line with the needs of the business, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to an exceptionally high standard.

Responsibilities:

· Liaise with customers directly when required

· Able to be flexible with hours on occasion as our customer requires

· Drive to customer locations and repair their vehicles coving multiple sites per day when needed.

· Allowing newer team members to shadow you and learn from your experience

· A self-motivated individual and able to work using their own initiative

Skills & Experience:

· Min 2 years PDR experience

· Great attention to detail, noticing patterns and managing to deal with issues before

· they get out of control.

· Remove dents/creases to a high standard

· Build strong relationships with co-workers and franchise owners

· Driven to achieve results and add value to the business

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
