Manufacturing is one of our key services and as a member of the team, your daily work will be essential to help us provide the service our customers know and love.
The Paint Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Paint department, ensuring that all Painted & Stained products meet the customers expectations in terms of Quality and Delivery.
Suitable candidates must have relevant experience in a spray shop, preferably in a manufacturing/high volume setting but could also suit adaptable people from other sectors.
The successful candidate will have:
Hands on production experience leading teams
Experience and a proven history of following SOPs
Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
A can do flexible attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
