Role Overview
  • Job Title: Paint Sprayer
  • Location: Doncaster
  • Salary: Circa £27,000 + Overtime (DOE)
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join a busy production team specialising in high-quality vehicle interiors, body panels and associated components. Working in a well-equipped and organised workshop, you will play a key role in ensuring products leave the facility to the highest possible finish standards.
This position offers long-term stability, consistent workflow and the chance to develop your skills within a growing operation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing panels, components and sub-assemblies for paint (filling, sanding, masking and priming)
  • Mixing paints to achieve correct colour match and viscosity
  • Applying paint using spray guns to a high-quality finish
  • Completing touch-ups, polishing and refinishing where required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised spray booth and prep area
  • Working from job sheets and production instructions to meet deadlines
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, Industrial Paint Sprayer or similar
  • Confident in all aspects of preparation work
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality finish
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures, including COSHH and safe handling of paints and chemicals
