Commercial Paint Sprayer / Prepper – Warwick We’re looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join a busy paint department in Warwick. Hours: 37 per week (Monday–Thursday, 06:00 – 15:30) Rate: Up to £19 per hour (DOE) This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where quality and precision are key. Duties of the Paint Sprayer: • Masking and preparing vehicles to a high standard • Supporting paint shop operations and maintaining takt times • Promoting good housekeeping and adhering to health & safety guidelines • Assisting across multiple units as needed The Ideal Paint Sprayer: • Previous experience in a paint shop / prep / spraying role • Knowledge of H&S working with solvents • Comfortable in confined positions, climbing over vehicles, occasional heavy lifting • Flexible team player who can move between units and adapt to tasks On Offer to the Paint Sprayer: • Hands-on, varied work every day • Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement • Competitive hourly rate up to £19 DOE • Overtime available when required APPLY NOW
