A respected Chartered Independent Financial Advisory firm in Chester is expanding its Paraplanning team. Known for long‑standing client relationships and exceptional staff development, this is a place where people stay, grow and build meaningful careers.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse clients' existing financial plans and portfolios
Complete technical calculations (Tax, IHT, CGT, LTA, Allowances, Cashflow Modelling)
Support Advisers with research and recommendation development
Produce clear, compliant Recommendation Reports
Liaise with clients, product providers and account managers
Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with market and product knowledge Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have several years of paraplanning experience, RO qualifications would be preferred but not essential if experience can be evidenced.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with good IT skills (MS Office)Benefits
