Bespoke residential firm located in Nine Elms - looking for an AutoCAD contractor to join ASAP for 1 month.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced architect to lead residential projects across all RIBA stages—from concept through to completion. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and delivering high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong design, project coordination, and management capabilities Solid knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations (particularly for residential refurbishments) Competence in 2D drafting (plans, sections, elevations) Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Excellent written and spoken English On-site inspection and contractor liaison experience
