We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Portfolio Administrator, with strong attention to detail, to support the day-to-day operations.

\n\n

The Portfolio Administrator will be the first point of contact for clients, brokers, tenants and suppliers. You'll manage a wide range of administrative tasks, assist with the coordination of portfolio services across the business.

  • Previous experience in a reception, administrative or customer service role

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • \n\t
  • Strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities
  • \n\t
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • \n\t
  • Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
  • \n\t
  • The ability to work independently

  • Salary is pro rata rate dependant on experience. Please Enquire.

  • 9am – 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • \n\t
  • 17 days pro rata holiday excluding bank holidays and Christmas Business Closure from 24th December - 2nd January
  • \n\t
  • Health & Wellness contribution of £250 per annum
