Drafting and sending correspondence to clients and product providers.
Using back-office systems to collate client reviews and financial data.
Preparing cases and client review files ahead of meetings.
Managing and maintaining accurate company and client data.
General office administration to support the wider team.
The person
You will be an organised, professional Administrator who enjoys working in a small team and supporting others. Essential: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 3 years, e.g. Administrative Assistant or Receptionist).
Excellent customer service skills, able to build rapport and manage client relationships confidently.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
Good time management and planning skills, able to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs.
Confident dealing with colleagues, third parties and clients, with absolute discretion and professionalism.
GCSE or equivalent education.
