Highly successful specialist corporate Finance boutique, based in the City close to Liverpool St station, is seeking a polished, confident and experienced PA / Office Manager to support the management team in an office of 15-20 people, on a part time basis,

Ideally this will be a 4 day per week role (although 3 days could be considered) and will be responsible for booking and arranging travel, scheduling meetings, supporting members of the senior management team including overseas Executives when visiting the London office, on-boarding new joiners, dealing with suppliers, vendors and building services and assisting with the organisation of events and trade shows.

\n\n

You must possess solid PA / Office Management experience within a professional and corporate environment, first class communication skills and demonstrable experience of working  in a smaller / boutique office environment.
