A fabulous large media agency based close to Oxford Circus tube station are seeking a part time Receptionist to work three days a week.

This role is initially working Monday Wednesday and Thursday although this will change to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from May.

Duties will include

Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with them efficiently and with care.

Announcing visitors arrival

Taking bookings for meeting rooms

Ensuring meeting rooms are set up

This is a large building and there are lots of visitors, someone who can maintain a smile and courteous manner even when busy is essential. The visitors range from well known influencers to business people from leading companies.  Everyone should be welcomed with equal warmth.
