Lead Consultant | Real World Data - Market Access - HEOR

We are seeking a senior leader with deep expertise in market access and commercial strategy to establish and expand the London office of a growing healthcare consultancy. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven, high-impact firm with a strong presence across Europe and an ambitious vision for UK growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and growth of the UK business, building trusted relationships with clients across pharma, biotech, and medtech.
• Drive commercial excellence and market access strategy projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
• Play a key role in shaping the firm's UK presence, developing and executing a long-term growth strategy.
• Act as a thought leader within the healthcare ecosystem, representing the firm at key industry events and forums.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing consulting team, fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.
• Contribute to broader European and international initiatives across the firm.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in life sciences consulting, with a strong track record in both market access and commercial strategy.
• Deep understanding of the European and UK healthcare landscape, payer environment, and HTA processes.
• Proven ability to lead and grow client relationships at senior levels.
• Experience building and leading consulting teams, with a collaborative and coaching leadership style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the vision and drive to shape and grow a new market presence.
• Strong academic background; advanced degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field preferred.
