Partnerships & Account Manager

We’re looking for a people-focused and commercially savvy Partnership & Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role within our Partnerships department—focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, which include training providers, colleges and employers.

You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others, can juggle multiple priorities with a calm head, and is confident providing guidance on how we work and how EPA fits into the wider apprenticeship journey. From on-boarding new customers to strengthening long-term partnerships, you’ll also play a big part in driving business growth—building a strong pipeline, identifying opportunities, and approaching every interaction with credibility, authenticity, and a people-first mindset, all underpinned by strong commercial awareness.
