We are recruiting a part-time Children’s Coach to deliver high-quality sessions across our Rugby Minis term-time programmes and Epic Camps holiday camps.

This role is suitable for qualified teachers or Level 3 childcare practitioners looking for structured, part-time work during term time with increased hours during school holidays.

• Term time: 12 hours per week (coached delivery)
• School holidays: 48 hours per week during camp weeks

• £16 per hour – Qualified Teacher
• £14–£15 per hour – Level 3 Childcare (depending on experience)

• Deliver engaging sessions in after-school clubs, breakfast clubs, curriculum PE and nursery settings
• Deliver full-day holiday camp sessions during school holidays
• Create a safe, positive and engaging environment for children
• Act as a reliable, professional presence for children, parents and venues
• Follow safeguarding, behaviour management and company standards

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/EYTS) or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working with children
• Confident leading groups independently
• Willing to work one weekend day during term time
• Willing to work full-time hours during holiday camps
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
