Excellent written skills, strong attention to detail, and sound professional judgement are essential. The position also includes a mentoring and capability-building element, supporting the development of a junior claims adjuster and helping to embed strong technical standards, governance, and Lloyds market best practice from an early stage. A legal background is desirable but not essential.
