As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:

Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+
Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard

Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed:
Experience managing multiple contracts
Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
Experience leading a team

In return as the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will receive:
