Were looking for a talented Pasta Chef to join a busy, modern Italian kitchen in the heart of Shoreditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who loves fresh pasta, quality ingredients, and a fast-paced, creative environment.
The Role
Preparing and cooking fresh pasta dishes to a high standard
Making fresh pasta daily (handmade and machine)
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation during service
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards are met at all times
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a Pasta Chef or Italian Section Chef
Strong knowledge of fresh pasta, sauces, and Italian cuisine
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
