We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team at one of our prestigious client sites in Fitzrovia. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking food company, delivering outstanding quality in a refined and professional environment.
As part of The Good Eating Company , youll be contributing to our mission of redefining workplace dining through creativity, precision, and a passion for using the finest seasonal ingredients.
The role is Monday to Friday - typically 07:00 to 15:30, however flexibility for overtime and events required
What Were Looking For
Were on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Pastry CDP who:
Brings energy, creativity, and a strong passion for pastry with attention to detail
Previous pastry experience
Experienced in bread-making processes and techniques
Has a strong eye for detail and consistency in presentation and flavour
Can confidently run their section and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture
Is experienced in a similarly high-quality environment, ideally within restaurants, hotels, or premium contract catering
Your Responsibilities
Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and making a variety of sweet and savoury patisserie items
Follow recipes and techniques accurately to maintain consistent quality and presentation
Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards
Support the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional food and service
