Along with excellent service, we strive to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience. Cooking over fire takes skill, creativity and strength. There is no better place to learn this challenging craft. We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join the brigade. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dessert items according to our standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Participate in menu planning and development as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant setting. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes.
