We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team. Employment type: Full-time (£28,000£30,000 annual) or Hourly Rate (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Soho, London
Responsibilities: Work with Head Chef to plan menus with seasonal produce
Oversee pastry & dessert production with consistent quality and presentation
Manage pastry section setup, service, and clean down
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor stock, control costs, and minimise waste
Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Requirements: Previous pastry chef experience in similar restaurants
Strong skills in baking, pastry techniques, and kitchen operations
Good teamwork, time management, and adaptability
Professional attitude and passion for hospitality
