Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Pastry Commis Chef for our Pavyllon Restaurant. Chef Yannick Alléno is one of Frances most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 17 Michelin stars across his 19 restaurants. He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Allénos philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. The role: AsPastry Commis Chef, you will play an integral part in our pastry kitchen team. Youll work across our three kitchens, preparing mise-en-place and supporting service, while gaining exposure to all pastry sections. This is afront-facing role, so a passion for both culinary excellence and guest interaction is essential. What you will do: Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry items
Support the Pastry Chef and team in daily operations and service
Rotate through all pastry sections to gain comprehensive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
Engage with guests when required, delivering a warm and professional experience
Contribute to the creativity and innovation of the pastry offering
Uphold Four Seasons standards of excellence and professionalism
What you bring: Previous experience or formal education in pastry
A genuine passion for pastry and a desire to learn and grow
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work across different sections and shifts
A Food Hygiene qualification
Confidence in a guest-facing environment

Schedule and shifts: This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. Candidates must have full flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. We look forward to receiving your application!
