The role As a pastry junior sous chef you will run the morning goods and pastry section of this kitchen, you will create outstanding items you would find in private members clubs, 5 star hotels or European cafes. You will ensure the pastry looks fantastic and will include all the standard junior sous chef duties within pastry.
Experience We are looking for a pastry junior sous chef with good pastry knowledge, you will be from a private members club, pastry production or 5 star hotel pastry department. You will have a good knowledge of pastry and morning goods and know European pastry items
