About the Job At Langosteria, excellence is built on precision, creativity, and teamwork. Were looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to support our Pastry Chef in delivering refined, high-quality desserts that complete the guest experience with elegance and consistency. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who loves craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced fine dining environment. You'll support the Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all pastry and dessert items Supervise and train the pastry team, fostering growth and excellence Manage mise en place, production schedules, and service timing Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards About You Minimum two years of experience in fine dining or high-end pastry kitchens Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail Organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure A team player with a positive, professional attitude Passionate about quality, technique, and continuous improvement We offer Competitive salary package.
