Support and lead the pastry section to deliver refined, high-quality desserts Work closely with senior chefs on menu development and innovation Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, consistency, and flavour Manage prep, service, and organisation of the pastry section Train and develop junior pastry chefs Ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, high-level kitchen The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong Pastry CDP in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens Strong foundation in modern pastry techniques and plated desserts Creative mindset with a passion for innovation Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Calm under pressure and a strong team leader Passion for high standards and continuous improvement Why Join?
