We are now looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join Gaias back-of-house team and support the delivery of an outstanding pastry programme. The Role: Pastry Sous Chef As Pastry Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily pastry operations, maintain high production standards, and support the training and development of the pastry team. This is a hands-on role suited to a Pastry Sous Chef who thrives in a high-volume, quality-driven environment.
