As our Pastry Sous Chef you will have to assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating and preparing innovative and delicious desserts. Prepare and decorate pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. You will have to maintain high standars of hygiene and food safety, manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
