This is a hands-on role, suited to a Pastry Sous Chef who is confident in service, detail-driven, and comfortable working within a high-standard, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the daily running of the pastry section Deliver consistently high standards of preparation and presentation Maintain strong organisation, prep levels, and service execution Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards Support the development of junior pastry chefs Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams Experience Required Current Pastry Sous Chef or strong Pastry Junior Sous Chef Experience in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant environment Good understanding of Italian pastry or Mediterranean flavours preferred Strong attention to detail and consistency Calm, organised, and reliable during service Additional Details Full-time position Must have the right to live and work in the UK Thesleff Group is an equal opportunity employer.
