ResponsibilitiesAssist with drafting and prosecution work across a broad range of subject matter including manufacturing, aeronautical (transport) and consumer product technologies.Engage in direct client work on behalf of UK-based and multinational companies across numerous sectors.Contribute to FTO, infringement & validity analyses and other contentious areas of IP.Explore opportunities for secondments to UK-based clients to broaden experience and service delivery.Qualifications & SkillsChartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney with a passion for new technology in Mechanical Engineering, Materials and Electromechanical systems.Demonstrate an innate interest in the commercial aspects of IP work and the ability to express complex information clearly and concisely.Interest in working in a hybrid environment and within a friendly, modern, inclusive and diverse working setting.Location & EnvironmentUK locations of particular interest include London, Leeds, Cardiff and Bath.
