My client is a Payroll company in south Manchester. Based in a well located office you will be a Payroll Administrator managing a portfolio of clients in a small team. Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for clients.
Responsibilities
End to end payroll for multiple SME clients Handling queries Excellent customer service Manual calculations Excel - vlook ups Pensions processing Administration
Requirements
Previous experience processing client payroll at a high volume ideally working within a bureau environment. Need to be up to date on legislation and pension's knowledge preferable. Approachable and friendly personality with a resilient attitude Good knowledge of payroll legislation Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good systems skills including MS Excel
