Towcester (On-site) £27,000 Contract: Permanent
The Role
A hands-on payroll role managing multiple payrolls within a growing business.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing while supporting wider HR activities and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls for c.300 employees
* Maintain payroll data including starters, leavers and changes
* Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements and payroll legislation
* Manage pensions and auto-enrolment processes
* Handle payroll queries and liaise with internal teams
* Support onboarding and wider HR administration
* Assist with payroll reporting and year-end processes
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
* Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
* Experience with Sage 50 (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to build relationships across teams
* Willingness to support HR tasks alongside payroll
