We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client on a 6-month FTC. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with regional legislation and internal policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong international payroll experience who is confident with CloudPay.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA regions.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local country legislation.
Maintain payroll data and ensure all employee changes are updated within CloudPay.
Manage payroll queries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
Review payroll reports, check calculations, and escalate discrepancies where needed.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll cycles.
Support audits and compliance checks as required.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist handling EMEA payrolls.
CloudPay experience is essential.
Strong understanding of international payroll processes and legislation.
High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to work 2-3 days per week onsite in London City.
