From 1st of April 2026 Weekdays:

£16.00 per hour (must have at least 18 months driving experience)

Weekends: £16.45 per hour (must have at least 18 months driving experience)

Bank Holidays: £30 bonus payment

Pay rates are reviewed regularly through frequent pay negotiations

*Qualified drivers with at least 18 months bus driving experience in the last 5 years will start on £16.00 p/h basic, otherwise the starting rate will be £14.00 p/h for 6 months Pay Rates Before 1st of April 2026 - Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.45 per hour Weekdays - £14.00 first 6 months, and then £16.00 per hour

Weekends - £14.45 for the first 6 months service and then £16.45 per hour

Bank Holiday - £30 bonus paid per shift.

– This is a non-negotiable requirement. (If you don’t have a PCV licence yet, apply for our Trainee role, and we’ll provide paid training to help you get qualified!)
