Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Thursday | Between 06:45 – 16:15 Hourly Rate: £15.91 – £18.26 per hour (DOE)

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and vehicle inspection? We are seeking a proactive and thorough Pre-Delivery Inspector to join a busy Manufacturing Quality team based in Warwick.

This is a hands-on position where you will ensure every vehicle leaving the facility meets strict customer specifications and quality standards. You will play a key role in upholding a strong reputation for excellence while supporting continuous improvement across the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out in-process quality audits, including torque setting verification and hydraulic pressure checks

*

Systematically test each vehicle in line with defined inspection procedures

*

Confirm compliance with customer specifications before vehicles are released to sales

*

Accurately record build standard criteria and faults for analysis and reporting

*

Promote constructive communication with manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards

*

Contribute to continuous improvement through data collection and structured feedback

Ideal Candidate:

*

Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles (light vehicles or HGV)

*

Previous experience in vehicle inspection or specialist vehicle assembly (desirable)

*

Understanding of hydraulic systems and quality assurance processes

*

Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

*

Team player with a positive, “can do” attitude and willingness to learn

*

Mechanical qualifications, HGV licence, or tachograph training (advantageous)

*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

*

Full driving licence and flexibility for overtime (desirable)
