Early Career PE Teacher - Romford Secondary School
Empowering Learning are seeking a motivated ECT PE Teacher to join a supportive, high-performing secondary school in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to develop professionally while delivering engaging lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, helping students achieve their potential in physical education.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic PE lessons across KS3-KS5
* Support student progression, engagement, and wellbeing
* Maintain high standards of behaviour management in the PE environment
* Contribute to departmental planning and extra-curricular activities
* Track pupil progress and provide assessment feedback
Requirements
* Qualified ECT (PGCE/QTS) in PE or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of KS3-KS5 PE curriculum
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* Enthusiastic about sport, teamwork, and pupil development
* Reliable, organised, and collaborative
